I am sorry for your loss. At the beginning, we were designed to live forever. The Bible says at Ecclesiastes 3:11, "eternity is in our hearts". Things changed when Adam and Eve chose independence of God. That did not change God's purpose for us or the earth. Today we see evidence of God's Will taking place on earth soon. Proverbs 2:21-22, promises the wicked will be gone and the righteous will remain on a clean earth. While on earth Jesus showed his power to bring back those sleeping in death. John 5:28-29 promises he will do it on a large scale so we will have our loved ones back. This is so different from what surrounds us now but we can be sure that all He promises will come true. www.jw.org is a website designed to share the truth from the Bible to all. I hope you will take the time to check it out.
Sincerely,
Michelle McDaniel
