Rev. Barry Johnson age 62 of Fyffe, Alabama passed away Friday, April 24, 2009 in Dekalb Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11am - Monday, April 27, 2009 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ken Johnson, Rev. Briggs King and Rev. Thomas Cagle officiating. Burial will follow in Kelly's Chapel Cemetery with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors-(wife) Phyllis Fuller Johnson; (daughter) Maria Johnson White of Nashville, Tn.; (son) Steve Johnson of Rainsville, Al.; (sisters) Shirley Peek, of Henagar, Al. and Brenda Allen of Leary, Ga.; (brothers) Rev. Benny Johnson of Pinson, Al. and Lannie Johnson of Nashville, Tn.; 3 grandhildren.
Rev. Johnson was preceded in death by his Parents (Jesse Reese and Mary Helen Johnson) and a Brother-(Rev. Otis Ray Johnson). He was Pastor of Kelly's Chapel Baptist Church.
