Mr. Luther "Jay" Shrader age 83 of Guntersville, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM (CST) Saturday, February 13, 2010 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Estill Sanders officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3-7PM (CST) Friday.
Mr. Shrader is survived by his daughter, Judy Shrader & Randy Tate; son, Gary & Gale Shrader; sisters, Dorothy Eslinger, Linda Dees, Shirley Allin, Brenda "Dale" Devries; grandchildren, Teresa, Allyson, Garrett, Jeremy, Tabitha, Tonya, Tamara; 9 Great Grandchildren.
Mr. Sharader was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served his country during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Julie Heard; brothers Gene and Arvil Shrader; sisters, Ruby Davis an Rita Shrader.
