Mr. Samuel "Sammy" Wayne Gilbreath age 60 of Rainsville, Alabama passed away Thursday July 17, 2008 in Dekalb Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Sunday, July 20, 2008 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jerr Craig officiating. Burial will follow in Town Creek Cemetery with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors-(wife) Norma Jean Ball Gilbreath; (daughter) Michelle & Joey Townsel of Rainsville, Alabama; (sons) Billy Wayne Gilbreath and James Lloyd Gilbreath both of Rainsville, Alabama; (sister) Peggy Evans of Fort Payne, Alabama; (4 Grandchildren) Jordan Helton, Aubrey Pruitt, Jake Gilbreath, and Justin Gilbreath. Several Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Gilbreath was a retired Machine Operator with the Dekalb County Road Department.
