Mr. Melburn Otis Bates, Sr. age 69 of Fort Payne, Alabama passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008.
Funeral will be held at 4PM Tuesday, September 16, 2008 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
Burial will follow in the White Hall Cemetery.
Survivors include: (Wife) Margaret Bates (Son) Melburn Bates Jr. (Daughters) Misty Gaskey, Melody Gravitt, Melissa (Leann) Bates, Melinda(Snooky) Bates (Brothers) James, Dean, Lloyd, and Verdell Bates; 11 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild
