Mrs. Doris Edna Ashley Simmons age 67 of Guntersville, passed away Friday, February 5, 2010 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM Sunday, February 7, 2010 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Billy Anderson and Bro. Lavon Stone officiating.
Burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-9PM Saturday.
Mrs. Simmons is survived by daughters, Tammie Vincent, Sue & Tommy Moses, Melissa Simmons, Charlene Snider; son, Robert Simmons; sister, Faye Smith; 14 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by her husband, George P. Simmons, son, Steve Simmons, parents, Richard & Lillian Ashley.
