Mr. Michael John Long, Sr. age 50 of Rainsville, Alabama passed away Thursday, march 19, 2009.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm - Sunday, march 22, 2009 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Johnson, Rev. Bed Hasting, and Rev. C.L. Wilborn officiating. Burial will follow in Glennwood Cemetery with W.T.Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors-(wife) Barbara Ann Tate Long of Rainsville; (sons) Jesse Russell William Long of Fort Payne, Michael John Long, Jr. of Fort Payne, and Joey Long of Fort Payne; (sisters) Betty Myers of Tallassee and Pat Fox of Tallapoosa, Ga.;
Mr. Long was preceded in death by Parents (H.T. and Vera Faye Long) Sisters (Deborah Causey, and Mary Long). He was a member of Central Baptist Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
