Mrs. Mattie Marie Stiefel age 88 of Fyffe, Alabama passed away Thursday, January 1, 2009 in Dekalb Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm-Sunday, January 4, 2009 from the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Chamblee and Rev. Gerald Rey Green officiating. Burial will follow in Greens Chapel Cemetery with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors-(son) Michael and Patricia Stiefel of Fyffe,; (sisters) Pauline Butler of Crossville, and Nancey and Andrew Sparks of Fyffe,; (brothers) James and Clara Bailey of Rainsville, and Edward Bailey of Guntersville,; 2 Grandchildren.
Mrs. Stiefel was preceded in death by her Husband (Oliver Stiefel), and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
