Mr. Robert “Bob” Dornhecker age 74, of Rainsville passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016. Funeral mass will be held at 11am Monday, January 2, 2017 from the Our Lady of The Valley Catholic Church with Father Mark Spurill officiating. Burial will be in Town Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Saturday at the funeral home, and from 2 until 8pm Sunday at the funeral home. A Rosary service will be held at 6pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Faye Wells Dornhecker; daughters, Terri (Steve) Green, Heidi Nance, and JaJuan Cuzzort; sons, Robert G. (Alice) Dornhecker II, Joseph O. Dornhecker, Henry C. (Barbara) Dornhecker, and Barry (Vickie) Justice; sisters, Barbara Joy McCraray and Diane (George) Ivan; brothers, Don Dornhecker and Bob A. Dornhecker; papa's little buddy, Noah Link Dalton; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Dornhecker; mother, Louise Hannah; and sister, Bonnie Jackson.
