James “JW” Jackson, age 88 of Tallassee, Alabama (Formerly of Sylvania) passed away on Saturday October 21st, 2017. Funeral services are set for 1pm Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10am until 1pm Sunday at the funeral home. Officiating will be Bro. Terry Turner. Burial will follow at Trinity(Burnt Church)Cemetery.

 

Survivors Include:

Wife: Joyce Jackson

Sister: Ruby Turner

Sons: Rodney& Joan Jackson, and Dewitt & Rhonda Jackson

Daughter: Mariam & Rickey Pack

Step-Daughters: Beth and David Golden, Karen Clanton, and Amy & Okab Hassan

Mr. Jackson is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 6 Step Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.

 

*Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his Parents Harvie Dewitt & Lola Irene Jackson, and his sister Mildred Marie Winkles
