Mr. Marvin James Etherton age 82, of Albertville passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Funeral services are set for 1pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Mark Howington officiating. Burial will be in Belcher’s Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 until 8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

 

          He is survived by his wife, Donna Etherton; daughters, Cynthia Eldridge and Angie (Shannon) Mason; sons, Timothy Etherton, David (Kary) Etherton, Matthew Dowdy and James Dowdy; grandchildren, Mark Etherton, Brian Etherton, Josh Eldridge, Justin Young, T.J. Mason, Anna Mason, and John Issac Mason; 5 great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Sue Holiday; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

          He was preceded in death by his parents, Herchel Etherton and Laura Etherton Hill; sisters, Ruby Humphrey and Era McDougal; brothers, Ellis Etherton and Floyd Etherton.
