Mrs. Mandy Lashay Hopper, age 38 of Rainsville passed away Friday, January 5, 2018. A Memorial service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The Family will receive Friends from 12noon until 1pm Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
