Mr. Cecil Arel Wilks, age 83 of Rainsville, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from Mountain View Memory Gardens with entombment to follow. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
