Mrs. Samantha Annette Burt age 53 of Collinsville, AL passed away Thursday May 10, 2018. Funeral services are set for 1PM Monday May 14, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11AM until 8PM Sunday May 13, 2018 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Bro. Autry Barnhill.
