Mr. Rusty Eugene Parmer, age 46 of Crossville, passed away Friday, August 31, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Monday, September 3, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Liberty Cemetery @ Painter. The family will receive friends from 4pm-8pm on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Brandon Bruce and Bro. Jason King.
