Ms. Bernice Small, age 76 of Fort Payne, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 9:30am on Monday, October 8, 2018 from Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
