Mrs. Viola Catchings age 85, of Ft. Payne passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Funeral services are set for 1pm Thursday, January 10, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Beulah Chapel Cemetery in Ider. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 Wednesday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelia Sharp; son, Bobby Townson; twin sister, Leola Bryoles; grandchildren, Seth Sharp, Kala Buttram-Gass, Tina Harris, Madison Townson, and Joey Murphy; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Catchings; daughter, Virginia Townson; son, Wayne Townson; mother, Hazel Bryan; father: Claude Gentle; and sister, Wilma Jean Bryan.
