Mrs. Ruby Carolyn Chandler, age 71 of Lakeview, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5pm-8pm on Monday, September 30, 2019 at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Isaac Mays.
