Mrs. Debra Lynn Goins, age 62, of Scottsboro passed away November 5, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Cremation will follow the service. The Family will receive Friends from 1pm until the time of service on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
