Obituary of Virginia Melrose Willoughby

Mrs. Virginia “Vergie” Willoughby age 91, of Dawson passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 10am Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from the Skirum Cemetery, with Bro. Paul Vick officiating. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
She is survived by her son, Phillip Carlton (Kathy) Willoughby; grandchildren, Ryan Scott Willoughby, Tasha Nicole Willoughby, Heather Michelle (Chris) Blake, and Misty Bruce; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Willoughby, and son, Michael Woodrow Willoughby.
She was a member of Skirum Methodist Church and enjoyed spending time with her many friends at the Geraldine Senior Center.
