Obituary of Jessie Annie Hicks

Mrs. Annie Venable Hicks age 81, of Pisgah passed away on Wednesday May 13, 2020. Funeral services are set for 11am Saturday, May 16, 2020 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bros. Jason Bell and Chris Guinn officiating. Burial will be Nazareth Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Friday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her children, Billie Ann (Steve) Caldwell, Jacky (Jimmie) Hicks, Tommy (Leslie) Hicks, Kathy (Johnny) Sharp, James Hicks, and Betty Hicks; brother, Kermit (Grace) Venable; 21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many others who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hicks, mom, Birdie Venable; dad, Otis Venable, sisters, Edith Hubbard, Ada Adams, and Brenda Reel; brother, Howard Venable.
