Mr. Elmer Lamar Williams, age 73, of Rainsville passed away September 18, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 4pm on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Kirk Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive Friends from 2-4pm, prior to the service, on Sunday from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
