Rev. Hoyt Barksdale, Jr., age 78, of Fyffe, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020. Rev. Barksdale pastored several churches in Northeast Alabama and proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus across the southeast. The family will be having a private service for Rev. Barksdale. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Barksdale.

Grandchildren: Michael Whisenant, Laurene Barksdale, Joshua & Katherine Barksdale, Eric & Lace Barksdale, Hayley & Austin Cowgill, Matthew Barksdale, Kindra & Mason Baldwin, Macey Parris, Cody Parris, Trulie Barksdale, Zach & Heather Dowdey
