Obituary of Eddie Wilburn Colvard

Mr. Eddie Wilburn Colvard, age 81, of Rosalie, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021 from the graveside of Greenhaven Memorial Gardens with entombment to follow. Officiating will be Rev. Darrell Morgan.
**Survivors**
Brother: Porter W. “Tim” Colvard
Nieces: Glenda Childers (Jimmy) Turlington, Regina Holland (Terry) Duke, Julie Colvard (Darrell) Morgan
Nephews: Dennis E. Childers, Teddy L. (Debbie) Holland, Mark A. (Michele) Holland
Special Friend: Cynthia Joann Fife (CNA at Crowne Health Care that took care of Eddie and made him laugh everyday)
Special Friend: Greg Day (when Eddie was living at home, Greg sent someone to bring Eddie to the store everyday and took care of him)
Special Friends: All of Eddie’s neighbors in the Rosalie Community that would make sure he had something to eat and would check in on him.
Special Friends: All of Eddie’s friends at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel (they were like family to Eddie and he could never repay their kindness)
**Mr. Colvard was preceded in death his parents: Floyd & Vernie Colvard; sisters: Mary Jane Colvard Childers and Brenda June Colvard Holland; nieces: Sheila Jo Childers and Becky Lynne Gass**
