Ms. Vickie Lynn Biddle, age 60, of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1pm-2pm, prior to the service, on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021 at the funeral home.
