Mr. Edwin V. Wilson Jr. age 84, of Boaz passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Funeral services are set for 2pm Thursday, March 4, 2021 from the Liberty Baptist Church in Aroney. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2pm Thursday at the Church. Burial will be in Liberty Baptist Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Gaynell Wilson; sons, Jeffery Dale Wilson and Jonathan Verdell Wilson; daughters-in law, Patricia Wilson and Sherry Wilson; sisters, Sue Beavers, Beth Wright, and Faye House; grandchildren, Chase Wilson, Callie Wilson Broadhurst, Charlie Swenson, and Victoria Wilson; great-grandchildren, Jake, Sarah, Brayden, Bella, Brinlee, Luke, Madilyn, and Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin V. Wilson, Sr. and Lillian Harris Wilson; and brother, Bruce Wilson.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and was Past Master and 50 yr member of Boaz Masonic Lodge #546.
Mr. Wilson was also a Lifetime Member of D.A.V.
