Mr. James Willard Bearden, age 77 of Grant, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from Grassy Mountain Holiness Church with burial to follow in Panquin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2pm-8pm on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the church. Officiating will be Bro. Eddie Saint and Bro. Jack Lynch.

Great Grandchild: Alaysia Brooks Holt
**Mr. Bearden was preceded in death by his parents: Richard & Bertha Bearden; sisters: Darlene Jimmerson, Faye Driver, and Dorris Saint; brothers: Monroe Bearden, Lloyd Bearden, Royce Bearden, and Paul Bearden**
