Mrs. Julia Faye Moses love of life did not come to an end with her death. She went home to be with the Lord on July 17, 2021 at the age of 81 surrounded by love ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest like she did.
Faye was the daughter of Lizzie, Leck and Oner Wells
Faye was a loving wife to Jay, loving mother to Jana, Rickey, Joan, Beth and Marie, Loving grandmother to Mark, Steven, Cody, Julie, Ben, Kristi, Leann, John, Jake, Jordan and Derek. She was a loving great grandmother to twenty great grandchildren. She was a loving sister and friend.
Faye lived a full life. She lived in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. She lovingly raised her children and help raise her grandchildren.
She loved going to church, teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir and a gospel group.
She loved camping, cooking out, gardening, cooking, canning and farming. She loved animals. She bottle fed calves, puppies and kittens. She loved riding her four-wheeler and driving her truck. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Faye is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 61 years, Jay, granddaughter, Leann, parents, Lizzie, Leck, and Oner, sister, Ann, brothers, Howard, Ray, Morris and Hayes and son in law, Brit.
Funeral services will be held at 11a.m. July 18, 2021 at W.T, Wilson Funeral Chapel with Brother Burns, Brother Paul Talley and John Brother officiating. Burial will follow in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Fyffe.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. July 17, 2021
