Mr. Richard Earl Harbour, age 80 of Crossville, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12pm-2pm, prior to the service, on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Bro. Hoyt Gilbert.

Grandchildren: Hank (Haley) Harbour, Ty Harbour, Will (Madison) Harbour, Tamara Harbour, Andrew Harbour, McKinley Keith, and Carter Keith
Great Grandchildren: Hunter Harbour, Hollan Hunter, Riley Walls, and Pru Hollis
**Mr. Harbour was preceded in death by his wife: Charlotte Harbour; son: Tim Harbour; grandson: Zachary Harbour**
