Mrs. Kathryn “Kat” Ruth Willoughby, age 87, of Fort Payne passed away October 3, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Bro. Jason Bell & Bro. Darryl Chamblee will be officiating. The Family will receive friends from 11am until the time of service on Tuesday from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held at 4pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Liberty-Minter cemetery in Morris, AL.
