Mrs. Betty Faye Hughes, age 85 of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday, December 17, 2021 from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4pm-8pm on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Bro. Milford Williams. **Survivors** Daughters: Debra Sue Smalley, Mary Joanne Mandi, and Lisa Faye Blevins Sons: William Ray Hughes and Benjamin Jefferson Hughes Sister: Sue Gearhart 14 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren Special Friend & Neighbor: Todd Harris **Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by her husband: William Howard Hughes; son: Seab Alan Hughes; parents: Ben & Ruby Johnson; sister: Marie McKinney; brothers: James Leon Johnson, Bobby Hudson Johnson, Paul Edward Johnson; grandchildren: Terrie Lynn Hughes and Benjamin Wade Hughes** Arrangements Entrusted to W.T.
