Mrs. Jerry P. Delk age 77 of Collinsville passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her home. In lieu of flowers donation may be to Collinsville Baptist Church or Collinsville Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Delk is survived by her husband, William Spratlin Delk; sons Mark Delk and Richard (Tammy) Delk; grandchildren, Jared (Tori) Delk and Andrew Delk.
Mrs. Delk was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Margie Padgett; and brother, Gene Padgett
