Mr. William Fonzo Winters, age 78 of Fort Payne, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. The family will be holding a visitation from 5pm-8pm on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with cremation to follow. Cremation services provided by W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
