Obituary of Marjorie Jo Davis

Mrs. Marjorie Jo Davis age 86, of Crossville passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Monday at Liberty Baptist Church in Painter. A private family graveside will be held on Tuesday with her grandson Cale Colvin officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur E. Davis; daughters, Deborah (Kelly) Colvin and Terri Allen; grandchildren, Cale (Jade) Colvin, Trey Colvin, and Sarah Allen; great-grandchildren, Payten and Davis Colvin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William F. and Carrie Dowdy; four brothers, and four sisters.
Mrs. Davis was a faithful member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was a loving wife of 69 years and 1 day, supporting her husband as a military spouse during their years of service to their country. A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was dearly loved and will be dearly missed.
