Mr. Rayford Douglas Stephens age 81, of Scottsboro passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Graveside services will be held at 2pm Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Skyline Cemetery with Bro. Rodney Stephens officiating.
He is survived by his daughters, Donna Sanders, Flo (James Ray) Thompson Sherrie (Jeremy Gilliam) Stephens, Janie (Michael) Tribble, and Jennifer Stephens; sister, Shelia (Steve) Hyatt; grandchildren, Rachel Wordlaw, Karen Wynn, Erin Wynn, Delisa Edgar, Zachary Wade, Heather Warner, Latosha Henderson, Taylor Tribble, Jordan Martin, Jaxsen Martin, Journey Martin, Heather Taylor, and Wendell Taylor; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy Stephens; son, Wendell Taylor; parents, Alton and Roma Stephens; brothers, Leotis Stephens and Teddy Stephens; sisters, Jean Stephens, Joan Robinson, and Patricia Arnold.
