Denise Humphries, 62, of Pell City passed away at UAB in Birmingham on May 18, 2022.
A graveside service will be held on May 25, 2022 at 2:30pm at Blue Eye Baptist Church in Lincoln, AL.
Denise was born in Talladega, AL, to Evelyn Faye Garrett and Otis Leon Franklin on June 8, 1959. Denise loved life and spending time with her twin daughters, grandchildren, and family. She had a light inside her that shined so bright.
Denise is survived by her husband: Michael Humphries; daughters: Chasity (Jason) Dunaway and Candace (Brandon) Wilbanks; grandchildren: Camron Dunaway, Luke (Sarah) Dunaway, Autumn Dunaway, Tyler Wilbanks, and Cailey Wilbanks; sister: Donna Day; sister-in-law: Faires Franklin; nieces: Daphne (Tony), Brittany, and Lacey (Andrew); nephew: Steve Lathem; also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Denise was preceded in death by her mother: Evelyn Faye Parker; father: Otis Leon Franklin; brother: Darrin Franklin.
