Ms Kelly was preceded in death by her Parents: Bobby and Gail Kelly. She was a member of Skirum Methodist Church, and the Skirum Community Club. She was a graduate of Crossville High Schooland an avid fan and supporter of her niece Katelyn during her years of playing sports at Crossville.
