Mrs. Sandra Elizabeth Ramey Carter, age 72 of Crossville, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022. Memorial Services will be held at 4pm on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Officiating is Bro. Jimmy Carter.
