Mrs. Rhonda Elaine Norton Johnson Spinks age 72, of Altoona passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023. Funeral services are set for 1pm Friday, January 6, 2023 from Fairview United Methodist Church in Albertville with Bro. Jerry McCright officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11am until service time Friday at the church. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge.
She is survived by her husband, Doyle Spinks; step-daughter, Michelle (Bryan) Smith; step-sons, Anthony (Michelle) Spinks; Steven (Susan) Spinks, Tommy (Tina) Norton; honorary daughter, Raven Little; sisters, Linda Walker and Lynn Hopkins; brother, Jimmy (Suzanne) Finley; several step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.W. and Ella Ruth Tolleson; sister, Berenetta Henry, Jackie Bergeson; brothers, Major Higgins and Bobby Crabtree.
Mrs. Spinks was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. She was a retired hairstylist. She loved singing at church and loved her dogs.
