Ms. Janila Fay Murphy age 92, of Dutton passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023. Funeral services are set for 1pm Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Billy Renfroe officiating. Burial will be on Pleasant View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12noon until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Carson) Best; brother, Levoy Mayfield; grandchildren, Nathan (Lori) Shores, Kristi (Philip) Tidwell, and JoAnna (Dustin) Brooks; great-grandchildren, Luke Shores, Cairo Best, Cade Best, Chloe Brooks, Dayton Vaughn, Nikolas Davis, Shayla Davis, Braylon Tidwell, and Kyrian Davis; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Valinda Talley; parents, Elijah and Mary Myrtle Mayfield; and several brothers and sisters.
