Obituary of Porter Warnell "Tim" Colvard

Seaman First Class- United States Navy, Porter Warnell “Tim” Colvard, age 95, of Fort Payne passed away July 9th, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 6pm on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, from the Walkers Chapel Methodist Church. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Darrell Morgan, Rev. Ben McCurdy, & Rev. Charles Martin will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the church, prior to the service, from 4-6pm on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023. *Mr. Colvard served his country Honorably during World War Two aboard the U.S.S.
