Mrs. Lisa Faye Blevins age 59, of Ft. Payne passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Funeral services are set for 1pm Saturday, September 2, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm Saturday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her sons, Patrick (Delana) Blevins and William Blevins; sisters, Deborah Smalley and JoAnne (Eric) Mandi; brothers, Benjamin Hughes and William Ray Hughes; grandchildren, Tytan Blevins, Ethan Blevins, Ava Blevins, Bentley Blevins, and Madilyn Blevins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Faye Hughes; father, William Howard Hughes; brother, Seab Alan Hughes.
Pallbearers will be William Blevins, Patrick Blevins, Tytan Blevins, Ethan Blevins, Austin Hoshour, and Chris Gant.
Honorary pallbearers will be, Madilyn Blevins, Bentley Blevins, and Ava Blevins
