Mr. Timothy Alan Barksdale age 60, of Fyffe passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023. Funeral services are set for 1pm Monday, September 25, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bros. Paul Long and Kevin Barksdale officiating. Burial will be in Kelly’s Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Sunday and from 11am until service time Monday at the funeral home. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Elaine Barksdale; daughters, Laurene Barksdale and Trulie Barksdale of Fyffe; sons, Joshua (Katherine) Barksdale of Ft. Payne and Matthew Barksdale of Fyffe; mother Lila Barksdale of Fyffe; sisters, Pam Whisenant of Gallant and Regina (Johnny) Parris of Fyffe; brother Kevin (Ann) Barksdale of Grove Oak; grandchildren, Oaklyn and Hollis; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hoyt Barksdale, Jr.; and brother-in-law, Edward Whisenant.
