Mr. Wilbur Scott, age 70, born on August 15th, 1951, in Martinsburg, WV to Bill and Ellen Sparrow. He is survived by his Wife, Mary Scott, Companion, Angela Fox, 5 Sons, David and Ruth, Eddie and Leslie, Frank and Tanya, Justin and Krista, Ricky and Maranda. He is also survived by 2 Daughters, Carold and Kent, Rebecaa, and Steven and Stepson, Matthew Fox and Step Daughter, Norissa Fox. 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Bill and Ellen Sparrow and his Special Friend, Paul Greene.
Memorial Services will be held at Hawkins Spring Park Monday, October 2nd, 2023, at 4pm. David Goodman officiating.
