Mr. R.J. Haymon age 86, of Powell passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Funeral services are set for 2pm Sunday, November 12, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Kirk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2pm Sunday at the funeral home. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge.
He is survived by his daughter Freda Haymon (Dwight) Gilbert; brother, Jerry (Charlotte) Haymon; grandchildren, Jessica (Matt) Seay-Stewart, Magen (Justin) Smith, and Meredith (Dalton) Folks; great-grandchildren, Kinsley Chambers, Jensyn Seay, Baxley Stewart, and Sullivan Smith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Jean Carter Haymon; parents, Wayne and Eunice Haymon; and sister, Wanda Fergurson.
