Mr. James Edward Bailey, age 79, of Fort Payne, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11am-1pm, prior to the service, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at the funeral home.
