Bro. Eugene Lambert age 82 of Albertville (Asbury Community) passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. Funeral services are set for 11am Saturday, November 25, 2023 from the Pleasant Hill # 2 Baptist Church in the Sims Community, Guntersville, Al. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Asbury, The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Friday, November 24, 2023 at Pleasant Hill #2 Baptist Church. W. T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Nedra Faye Lambert; daughters, Debra (Eddie) Davidson, Donna (Michael) Shellings, and Betty Hood; son, Alan (Rachel) Lambert; brother, Jerry (Joyce) Lambert; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren; special friends, Bro. Jimmy Ashley, Bro. Wayne Gentry, Sister Marie Sims, Sister Emily Jennings, and Bro. Mike Knott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcus and Susie Kay Lambert; 3 sisters, 2 brothers, 1 great-grandchild, and 1 son-in-law.
